William Headrick was one of the early settlers of Greeneville, Tennessee, along with Dunns, Parmans, and other families. This map shows the approximate locations of selected homesteads, including the Headrick, Dunn, Myers, Parman, Bird, and Kyler (or Kaylor), in Greene County, Tennessee. The locations given are very general. They were marked according to a chart of plats, but the markers were placed by "eyeing" them. It is possible that some of the markers could be mistakenly placed, but it should be helpful in a general way to genealogists studying these families of Greene County, Tennessee, many of whom later moved to Sevier County, settling in Tuckaleechee Cove.
